New report from CQC finds that too many children and young people have a poor experience of care and are unable to access timely and appropriate support.
In January 2017 the Government commissioned a review of mental health services for children and young people in England. The Care Quality Commission has today published a report on the first phase of the review.

The survey of 45,000 people who received urgent and emergency services provided by 137 NHS trusts across England show positive results for many areas of treatment.

Our response to NHS plans to boost flu vaccination and manage winter pressures

Free flu vaccines for care home staff and increased number of jabs for young children in schools will be made available to try and increase the uptake of vaccinations this winter.
Today NHS England, Public Health England, the Department of Health and NHS Improvement have unveiled measures to boost the uptake of flu vaccinations this winter.
