Digital Lead

£30,022 (National Framework) or £35,040 (London Framework) | Full time 37 hours per week | Permanent

About the role

We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We’re here to find out what matters to people and help make sure their views shape the support they need.

As our Digital Lead, you’ll work as part of the Digital team responsible for helping local Healthwatch services use the digital systems we provide to drive engagement by collecting data from the public and social care professionals.

You will also work with the Communications team on helping local Healthwatch to adopt and use our standard website. As well as training staff and being the first point of contact for queries, you’ll also support them throughout the migration, testing and launch phases of their websites.
