Training, Events and Network Administrator


Contract: Permanent

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join us. You'll support a range of different projects, from our new volunteering programme, through to events for our network. You'll also be involved with our annual conference, where we play host to over 400 people, working with suppliers and staff to ensure that delegates have a good experience. 

We're looking for a natural problem solver with a can-do attitude. You'll also be organised with good attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities, a sound communicator and a team-player focused on providing great customer service. You'll also be comfortable with systems, including digital and databases.

This role will be managed by and part of a remote team, whilst working in a busy office environment, so it's important you can act on your own initiative.

You'll need strong analytical, relationship building and influencing skills. Experience of demonstrating impact in small voluntary organisation within an influencing role is also important.

About the role

We're looking for a passionate external affairs professional to join us and help us to extend our reach, develop the quality of our network and increase our influence.   

Helping to lead the Policy and Public Affairs team, you’ll play a central role developing Healthwatch England’s engagement with Government, statutory partners across the NHS and social care sector and a huge range of voluntary sector organisations.
