People want health and social care support that works for them - helping them stay well, get the best out of services and manage any conditions they face. Our job is to find out what matters to the public and to help make sure their views shape the support available.

What are people saying?

Over 11,000 people shared their experiences and views with us between October - December 2018. This briefing highlights what the public are saying about four main areas of care, and how we're using this information to help shape health and social care policy and practice. We also take an in-depth look at why people are facing problems with their medication.
