Healthwatch Northumberland have reported on their activities during quarter 3 of the year 2020-2021.
They spoke to 44 people during October to December about their experiences of health and social care services, with the majority commenting on primary care services. Most of the negative comments about primary care relate to access to services, those for quality of service are about secondary care. People reported difficulties with communication and keeping in touch with care home residents. young people were concerned about the lack of support for mental health in schools.
