Summary of report content

The Charter sets out a simple 9 point plan for NHS organsiations to consider in order to improve the ways in which they go about gathering feedback and views form patients and the public and involving people.

Whilst this was produced in 2013 the Charter has become a cornerstone of our conversations with NHS organisations and has been included in local NHS plans.
