Healthwatch Harrow engaged with 555 people to collect their experiences of health and social care during October 2021 to December 2020.
The report found that people feel more positive about services, information, quality and access during this period compared to previous quarters. The majority of feedback related to primary care services including GPs and dentists. People reported relatively mixed experiences with GPs, but were more positive about dentistry services. 68% of people had negative experiences of diagnosis and testing, although treatment experiences were more positive.
