Summary of report content
Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View at Rivacre House, a purpose built care home in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, which provides care for up to 12 people who have needs with their mental health. The visit was conducted on 11th April 2017. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: The staff who work at the home are welcoming and friendly which it was felt that there was a real feeling of teamwork between them which created a positive atmosphere. It was also felt that the home was clean and tidy. On completion of the enter and view, one improvement was suggested and following this, feedback was given by the service manager who said they found it useful to receive reports and comments from independent organisations.Would you like to look at:
