Healthwatch Chesire West conducted an Enter and View on Newton Hall Residential Home, Cheshire, a privately owned mixed Residential and Elderly Mentally Infirm (EMI) home. The enter and view visit took place on 12 June 2017. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: Observations were mainly positive. There were no recommendations in the report, just general good practice observations which all seemed positive. No response from the home was provided.
