Summary of report content
Healthwatch Wirral undertook an Enter and View visit to The Manor House Care Home on 15 June 2019. They spoke to staff, one resident and his relatives. Healthwatch Wirral found that the home gave the impression of a well-run caring establishment. Residents appeared very well looked after and were treated with dignity, respect and a friendly attitude. Staff appeared to work well together and to be carrying out their duties efficiently and in an organised manner. Relationships between the carers and senior staff appeared to be good.
