This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Bolton 24, February, 2015. The visit was announced. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to several people, which included a mix of staff, residents and relatives. The total people spoken to is unknown. Overall the home was found to be operating to a good standard. People seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving. Recommendations were made as part of this report. A response from the home manager has been attached.
