Healthwatch Bromley undertook an announced virtual Enter and View visit to Baycroft Grays Farm Road Care home on 23 September 2020 at the request of the local authority. They spoke to 27 staff, residents and relatives by video conference or telephone.

The report considers accessibility, the environment within the home, facilities, support for people with dementia, admission of new residents, care provision, feedback from residents, medical support and medication, dietary needs, fire safety, staff feedback on Covid-19 protocols, family and friends feedback on the service during Covid-19, activities and general feedback.
