Do you have what it takes to ensure that the experiences and views of people help improve health and care services?
We are looking for an experienced intelligence analyst to develop our qualitative and quantitative change-initiating intelligence that we receive from our local network of 152 organisations.
You'll be responsible for developing robust intelligence to support organisational decision making, our business planning and our strategy, as well as applying techniques to understand the insight and intelligence that we collect.
You'll be a dynamic communicator who is able to present analytical findings to a range of internal and external audience. You will also need to understand the principles of qualitative and quantitative data analysis and have undertaken horizon scanning to turn volume data into useful intelligence. Ideally you will also bring research experience and be able to advise on and understand research methods and applications.

We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We are committed to understanding people’s experiences of care and making sure that those running services, and Government, hear and act on their views.
We are looking for six outstanding individuals to help us achieve our goal by joining the Healthwatch England Committee.
You will need to be passionate about improving health and social care in ways that will most benefit people. You will also need to bring non-executive or senior management experience to the role, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Your role will support the Chair and Healthwatch England Committee in working with our staff team, local Healthwatch and stakeholders, to ensure that people’s views and experiences influence improvements in health and care.
