Summary of report contentThis one-page summary report is a brief outline of the work Healthwatch Wiltshire have done on the topic of Dementia. It used five headings to sum up what the action taken and the results of it: What did we do? Why did we do it? What did people say? What happens next? What was the impact? The summary contains the result of Healthwatch Wiltshire visiting 10 care homes, day support centres and a specialist dementia hospital unit where they spoke to 43 people with dementia, 13 carers and 25 members of staff.
