In November 2017, Healthwatch Wandsworth have released data collected from service users regarding primary care services. It is not clear how many participants engaged with this piece of work, but the data contains responses to the following questions: - What could be done to help the public consider other professionals or services as an alternative to going to the GP? - Should reception staff have a role in signposting patients to other options for managing their health issue?
