Healthwatch Sefton collected feedback about The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust between July 2019-March 2020 from 59 people.
The report found that people rated the treatment and care of the hospital highlight, with staff also receiving positive feedback. Facilities and surroundings were the most negatively reviewed, particularly around car parking.
Healthwatch Sefton will be monitoring the areas for improvement.
