Summary of report content

Healthwatch Herefordshire reports on its activities for Q3 2020/21.

It has held a successful annual showcase via Zoom and Facebook live and continues to hold services to account, including working with Healthwatch Worcestershire on the local Integrated Care System.

It has recently completed a number of projects, including on falls prevention and about Covid-19 and reports on the impact of those.  It also outlines the current priority projects it is working on, including sexual health, hospital discharge, future care planning, understanding the needs of local minority ethnic communities, a cervical screening campaign and work on reasonable adjustments.

The report concludes with a summary of themes in feedback received, communications and engagement.
