Summary of report contentThis report is a regular quarterley report produced by Healthwatch Knowsley based on comments they received from the public regarding Community Services. This report covers Quarter Four of 2015/2016 (January to March 2016). 30 comments were collected in this period. Sentiment was positive and the comments related to the following areas: Staff attitudes Respect Hygiene Waiting times Discharge Accessibility There was a recommendation with regard improving podiatry services. Although there was no official response from the service provider, this report does state that Healthwatch Knowsley is working with the trust in reviewing the service.
