Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bedford Borough report on the discussions at their Mental Health Forum which was held in partnership with Bedford Borough Council, East London Foundation Trust (ELFT), Mind BLMK and BLMK Clinical Commissioning Group (BLMK CCG).

The four themes that came out of the forum were:

  • Awaiting assessment and treatment
  • Empathic care and continuity
  • Making improvements
