Summary of report content

Healthwatch Surrey engaged with over 100 people during February 2021 about their experiences of services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The report found that there were positive experiences of attending COVID-19 vaccination clinics. They report that the type of vaccination queries has shifted from concerns about logistics to family members receiving vaccinations at different times and queries about when people are getting their second dose. People have begun to accept that assessments and treatments are being delayed but there is still significant impact on people due to this. Continued concerns are being reported around difficulties finding NHS dentists.

No recommendations were made in this report.
