Summary of report content

This is the final draft of the questionnaire used for the Inpatient Care Project report produced by Healthwatch Sutton. This questionnaire was designed for the carer/family member/friend of the patient. This report investigated concerns between June and July 2016 about the care of patients during their stay in local Hospitals.
