The report found that these services have experiences an increase in demand for support. Key workers often dropped out of weight management programmes due to having to prioritise their occupation during the pandemic. The majority of the campaigns are based online, and therefore, a portion of the older population is unable to partake in these activities as well as reach out to the organisation due to digital exclusion. Although, individuals took time to adjust to the online support, they reported positive experiences.
