Summary of report content

Healthwatch Brighton and Hove report on their public enquiries during the period April to June 2022.  During this period, they received 74 enquiries.  The key issues that they identified were:

  • Complaints processes
  • Access to NHS dentistry
  • Issues with GPs
  • Patients chasing up health appointments
  • Queries about Covid-19 vaccinations

Most of the experiences were negative.
