Summary of report content

In March 2021 Healthwatch Hull gathered 56 experiences of local Health and Social Care services. The experiences  received related to the following service areas: • Care Homes • GP Surgeries • Hull Royal Infirmary • Dentist • Home Care • Local Authority • NHS Humber Learning Disability • Mental Health Services

Feedback relating to dentistry was largely about access to NHS dental treatment and positive experiences of getting emergency treatment.

Feedback about GPs related to long waits on hold to get through to surgeries by phone and problems with repeat prescriptions.
