This Enter and View report was done at The Willows Care Home, Blackpool on 4th May 2016. The Enter and View was conducted Healthwatch Blackpool with the visit being announced. In this report 5 individuals were spoken to. It is not clear if all of these individuals were residents or include staff, however it seems to refer to residents. There is mention of speaking to the manager as well. Most comments were positive. There were two recommendations based on resident comments around activities and inclusion. There is no response given from the provider.
