Summary of report content
Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View at Prospect House, a nursing care home in Malpas, Cheshire, which provides care for up to 56 people. The home caters for a multiple number of conditions which include Dementia, detention under the Mental Health Act, old age, physical disability, younger adults and specialist categories including cancer care. The visit was conducted on 6th July 2017. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: The home had a welcoming atmosphere where the relations between staff and residents was very good. It was also stated that there was evidence of a varied activity program and strong community links. The report did not contain any feedback from the care home but it was stated that due to a huge investment programme plan that was due, there were no improvements suggested by the enter and view team.Would you like to look at:
