Summary of report content

On the 15th August 2019, Healthwatch Sandwell conducted an Enter and View visit to Oakham Surgery. A team of two authorised representatives visited the Surgery from 10.30am until 12.45pm. The Practice Manager was not available and as the surgery was busy, the decision was taken not to interview staff members. Healthwatch administered 14 surveys and observed the environment.

The majority of patients responded positively, however Healthwatch recommended the Surgery promoted their online booking system and the Patient Participant Group. Additionally, Healthwatch recommended a review of the Surgery's information, posters and leaflets. 

This report received no service provider response.
