Summary of report content

Healthwatch North Somerset conducted an Enter and View visit at Mendip Vale Medical Practice (Congresbury Surgery) in November 2017 to ascertain the experience and opinions of local patients. The surgery was selected as part of this local Healthwatch’s series of Enter and View visits to GP Practices in North Somerset. The Enter and View representative observed interaction between staff and patients and engaged with 1 patient, who was mostly satisfied with the care provided at the service. The practice manager highlighted several good practice Whilst the surgery was found to be welcoming and friendly and premises clean and well-maintained, the report made one recommendation: to improve signage outside the surgery to make it easier for new patients to find. The surgery have not responded to the report.
