Summary of report content
Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View on Lyme Green Hall Care Home in Macclesfield, Cheshire, a care home which provides residential, respite and day care for up to 56 residents. The visit was conducted on 5th July 2017 and was part of Healthwatch Cheshire’s enter and view schedule. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: The residents had mixed comments about the care home, the general comments being positive while the residents feeling that there were not enough activities, few relative visits and even though “the staff are wonderful – really good and patient”, the home requires more staff. Recommendations were made by the enter and view team and placed in the report, however, the provider of the service did not give any feedback.Would you like to look at:
