Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View at Lostock Lodge, a residential care home in Northwich, Cheshire, which provides residential care and dementia care for up to 66 residents. The visit was conducted on 29th June 2017 and was part of Healthwatch Cheshire’s enter and view schedule. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: The comments received by the residents were mainly positive with minimal issues. The enter and view team made one suggestion for improvement based on their findings.
