Healthwatch County Durham conducted an Enter and View on John Low Ltd. Pharmacy, Blackhill, Consett, County Durham, a privately owned pharmacy. The visit was conducted on 14 September 2017 where 19 patients shared thier views. The visit was arranged as part of Healthwatch County Durham’s enter and view schedule. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: In general the comments and observations were mainly positive with the customers giving positive feedback about the staff, customer service and location of the pharmacy.
