Summary of report content
Healthwatch Telford & Wrekin conducted an announced Enter and View visit to Glanmore care home in February 2020. They spoke to two residents and one member of staff.
The report found that residents felt well cared for and had choice over food, cooking and timings. Staff were well trained and received continual training throughout their employment. Staff interacted well with residents and were observed to be warm and respectful.
Two recommendations were made including that the home should continue with the positive interactions between staff and residents; and maintain the homely and relaxed feel of the home.
The service provider responded positively to the report.
