Healthwatch North Lincolnshire is the independent health and social care champion. Local Healthwatch is in place to gather the views and experiences of people accessing services, to use this information to influence decisions and to provide information and advice to the local community about health and social care services. These Enter and View visits are ‘announced’ visits where they notify the provider of their intention to visit. Healthwatch North Lincolnshire visited Cambridge Avenue Medical Centre on 26/11/2015. The summary of findings highlight: The Healthwatch team observed that the surgery building appeared well maintained and clean and tidy; only two of those spoken to were not aware of the option to book appointments online at this surgery; There were 72% of those spoken to who had never used the online booking system; 75% were satisfied or very satisfied with the opening hours of the surgery.
