Summary of report content
Healthwatch Blackpool conducted an Enter and View on Bronswick House nursing home, Blackpool, a privately owned nursing home catering for various levels of mental health needs including dementia, anxiety, depression and schizophrenia. The visit was conducted on 10th August 2016. It is a small home with a fourteen-bed capacity and has an adjoining independent living section of the house which supports three people. The visit was arranged as part of Healthwatch Blackpool’s enter and view schedule and 7 residents participated with their views during this visit. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: In general the comments and observations were mainly positive with the residents giving positive feedback about the staff and facilities available. Recommendations were made by the enter and view team which were read by the manager of the home and acted upon where necessary. A response was provided by the home.Would you like to look at:
