Summary of report content

Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View on Bentley Manor Care Home (formerly Rosedale Manor) in Crewe, Cheshire, a care home which caters for up to 78 residents who have mental health difficulties, physical disabilities or dementia. The home is also registered to provide care for younger adults with a learning disability. The visit was conducted on 23rd August 2017 and was part of Healthwatch Cheshire’s enter and view schedule. Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: In general the comments and observations were mainly positive in a number of areas along with positive comments made by residents. There were some recommendations made by the enter and view team and placed in the report. The provider of the service did not give any feedback.
