The practice and the quality of care was overwhelmingly rated Excellent or Good by the majority of the patients spoken to. There was a mixed view of the reception staff. Recommendations made to the Practice included: • Surgery to advertise that a private room is available if required. • Surgery to ensure that any delays to patient’s appointments are communicated. • The surgery to display Patient Participation Group newsletters/minutes in the waiting room • Surgery to advertise translation service.
