Summary of report content

This Enter and View was completed at the Acorn Lodge care home in Blackpool on 25th July 2016. Acorn Lodge provides a care home for those with mental health needs. Healthwatch Blackpool conducted this Enter and View. The report mentions that 5 residents were spoken to. Whilst there is mention of meeting and speaking to the manager when entering, it does not seem that this was a formal part of the interviews done from the report. Residents were largely positive about living at Acorn Lodge. Some recommendations were made, the provider has not written a response.
