Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report by Healthwatch Blackburn with Darwen. The report concerns the Accrington Road dental surgery, it was published on 1 December, 2017. Overall the report findings are mixed. Patients seemed happy with staff and the quality of treatment. However the enter and view team identified some examples for improvement around disability awareness for staff, and the need for various policies to be more clearly displayed. Several recommendaitons were made related to these observations. The practice manager did respond to the findings in the report.
