Summary of report content

This report is a 'critical friend' response by Healthwatch Kent to a consultation West Kent Clinical Commissioning Group carried out concerning Gluten free services. Healthwatch Kent were critical of Kent CCG regarding engagement prior to the consultation stage. West Kent Clinical Commissioning Group responded stating they would like to discuss with Healthwatch arrangements for future consultations.
