Just over 2 in 5 had received communication from the NHS regarding changes to medical appointments they were due to have. Respondents shared their mixed experiences, particularly in relation to telephone and online appointments.  Just over half of respondents said that their healthcare provider has put new systems in place due to Covid-19, including online prescription ordering.  Over 1 in 10 of respondents said that Covid-19 has had a significant or very significant impact on their mental health/
