Summary of report content

Healthwatch North Yorkshire report on the feedback they have received during December to March 2021 about the Covid-19 pandemic.  During that period they heard from 471 people.

Over half of the feedback has been about the Covid-19 vaccination programme, around a fifth about dentistry and a similar number about GP services.  The report looks at the location of the people who gave the feedback and that of the services they were giving feedback about.  Around a third of the feedback during this period has been about services in the Harrogate area, largely because of initial confusion about the Harrogate vaccination centre.
