Summary of report content

Healthwatch Luton conducted a review of 39 private care home websites between 8th and 16th August 2020.

The report found that 7 of the care homes did not have a website and 21 did not have a Facebook page. Of the websites reviewed, 14 had information about coronavirus and 12 had information about the changes to visiting. 34 websites did not include specific details of how to make a complaint or compliment.

A numebr of recommendations were made in the report.
