Healthwatch Shropshire have reported on their achievements in their 2020-21 annual report. Over the course of the year they heard from 1,131 people about their experiences of health and social care. They also provided advice and information to 163 people.

Healthwatch Shropshire published 11 reports about the experiences people have had in health and social care services. From this, 40 recommendations about improving health and social care services were made.
