Healthwatch Worcestershire report on their achievements during 2020/21 in their Annual Report.

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic which curtailed face to face engagement, they had contact with over 750 people.  They have also reached out to local communities, including through a Reference and Engagement Group - a network of over 100 organisations and “Experts by Experience”, to help them gather people’s views.  They have prioritised engagement with:

  • Faith communities
  • LGBTQ+
  • People with a learning disability
