Healthwatch Surrey have summarised their activities over the financial year 2019-2020. 

The report shows that they have engaged with a variety of people and have provided support and guidance through multiple channels to 3,620 people. They have produced 13 reports based on insight from people's experiences. These reports have helped Healthwatch Surrey have an impact on the way that people receive care at home, are involved in Advanced Care Planning, and how hospital trusts support those with learning disabilities and autism. Healthwatch Surrey have highlighted the valuable contribution that their volunteers have made and have also outlined their finances over the year.
