This report details the activities of Healthwatch Sefton undertaken between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2020. This was Maureen Kelly's last full year as chair of Healthwatch Sefton as she came to the end of her second term of office.
The report shows the partnership work undertaken during the year with both Clinical Commissioning Groups, the local authority, other local Healthwatch and the Merseyside Safeguarding Adults Board in order to optimise resources and influence.
