Summary of report content

Healthwatch Waltham Forest reported on activity during 2018-19. This activity included: hosting three interns through Internship and Student Placement programmes; developing strong and inclusive outreach and engagement practises; developing their Enter and View programme; building the local PPG forum; recruiting new volunteers and managing current volunteers; networking with local charities and organisations; hosting coffee mornings for local residents to reduce social isolation; providing advice and information; and advocacy and complaints support.
