NHS consultation on personal health budgets
About: NHS England is seeking feedback about people’s experiences of personal health budgets in England. A personal health budget is money allocated to support the identified healthcare and wellbeing needs of an individual, which is planned and agreed between the individual, or their representative, and the local clinical commissioning group (CCG).
Running until 30 April 2018, this survey is open to anyone who currently holds a personal health budget or integrated personal budget, or has done in the past. The findings will be used to improve how personal health budgets are offered in England.
Deadline Monday 30 April

Extending legal rights to have personal health budgets and integrated personal budgets
About: The Department of Health and Social Care is consulting on giving more people the right to have personal health budgets and integrated personal budgets. Personal health budgets give people choice and control over how their individual needs are met. Currently, only certain groups have a right to personal health budgets. The Department of Health and Social Care is now considering whether they extend this right to other groups who might benefit from a more personalised approach to their health and care.
Deadline: Friday 8 June 2018
