Who is this for?
Healthwatch staff and volunteers who have not already attended a call-handling training session.
What will you learn?
This full-day training sessions will teach you effective call handling techniques. You will have the opportunity join in-depth discussions with a focus on local challenges relevant to Healthwatch
This training will help you:
- Learn the fundamentals of call handling
- Understand what types of calls occur most across the Healthwatch network, and how these may be challenging
- Identify skills and techniques for responding to challenging contacts
- Practice responding to different types of service users
