Local Healthwatch collect and analyse the experiences that people have of local care to help improve local services.

In 2014/15, they engaged over 300,000 people to find out their views, visited more than 3,300 local services to see if they are working for people, and published over 650 reports about what people want from health and care.

The local Healthwatch shortlisted for 2016 Healthwatch Network Awards were picked from over 120 award entries. The ultimate winner of each category will be chosen by a panel of external judges.
